		<description>most commercial lenders require 30% down and the seller has to give you credit for the 10%.  after closing you may be able to do a second for the 10%.</description>

		<description>Try going through Lasalle Commercial Dept.   They are usually good as such.  Also Bank Of America, &amp; Citibank.  I have dealt with them all. mike</description>
