I am a residential broker who has never done a commercial loan before, but for some unknown reason I now have 3 commercial loans and I dont know where to go or how to work them. 1 is an Automobile dealership in Oklahoma, 1 is a steel processing plant in Arkansas (4.2 million) and 1 is a small office building worth approx. 150K. Can anyone please asisst?

Try going through Lasalle Commercial Dept. They are usually good as such. Also Bank Of America, & Citibank. I have dealt with them all. mike
